You can now cancel an order even if it is in the packed or shipped status, provided the cancel option is available on our App, Website, or Mobile site. This option also applies to sale items. Any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required as no payment has been made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, refunds will be processed to the source account within 7–10 days after cancellation. If the payment was made using wallet credits, the refund will be processed instantly post-cancellation. These credits can be transferred to your e-wallet by reaching out to the wallet’s customer support team.
